Complaints

Students from Puerto Rico and mainland United States (under the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements {NC-SARA}) should read and carefully review the policies and procedures before filing a complaint in the Student Services – Important Documents.

Please report any emergency incident to 911 immediately, and then complete this form after the incident concludes.

A staff member will receive this report form during the next business day between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Your complaint will be processed within 15 business days.
