In 2005, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education reaccredited the institution, and on November 18, 2010, reaffirmed it. In 2010, UPPR submitted the Periodic Review Report and was commended for the evaluation results. UPPR was reaccredited in 2015; the next accreditation will be in 2023.

Board of Postsecondary Institutions of Puerto Rico:

In 2005, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education reaccredited the institution, and on November 18, 2010, reaffirmed it. In 2010, UPPR submitted the Periodic Review Report and was commended for the evaluation results. UPPR was reaccredited in 2015; the next accreditation will be in 2023.
Therefore, an engineering and surveying graduate from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico can aspire to be licensed in any state and territory of the United States because ABET accredits our programs.

NAAB Accredited Programs National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)

In 2015, NAAB accredited the Bachelor of Architecture. The next accreditation visit will be in 2024.
All 55 United States jurisdictions accept a NAAB-accredited architecture degree as evidence of compliance with education requirements for licensing.
Therefore, an architecture graduate from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico can aspire to be licensed in any state and territory of the United States because NAAB accredits our programs.
