The following services are offered:

1. Handling of complaints presented by students, faculty and administrative personnel, as established by the Students Regulations.
   
   
2. Letters of Recommendation signed by the Associate Vice President for transfer students.
   
   
3. Handling of cases from students who had an accident within the premises of the Institution, in coordination with the PUPR Security Office.
   
   
4. Handling student’s academic claims.
   
   
5. Coordination of the election process of the Student Council and other activities.
   
   
6. Coordination of the Graduation Ceremony.
