        Since 1980, Dr. Pagan has been Professor of Accounting, Management Information Systems, and other business related courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels at Lesley University , Clark University , Regis College , and Worcester State College in Massachusetts . In Puerto Rico , she has taught at the Inter American University , Metropolitan University , Turabo University , the University of Puerto Rico , and teaches at the Graduate School of Management at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.  She is recipient of the Massachusetts Software Council’s Above and beyond Award for her outstanding effort to enhance education through technology. She also received the Stephen Coltrin Award for Excellence in Electronic Media Education by the International Radio and Television Society. Her most recent writings in English, Teaching for Diversity and Globalization in Online and Web-Based Learning Environments and M-Commerce: Mobile Electronic Transaction Processing the New Frontier in E-Business, have been published as part of the book Recent  Research in Leaning Technologies (m-ICTE2005).
