Dr. Janet Irizarry is a Researcher and Organizational Development Consultant to 500 Fortune Organizations in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the US. She earns a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development from California School for Organizational Studies in Los Angeles, CA. She also, possesses a Bachelor and a Master Degree in Education with a minor in Counseling, and a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and Arts from the University of Puerto Rico, at the Rio Piedras Campus. Dr. Irizarry is a specialist in corporate and executive leadership development, innovative technologies, business strategy, culture change, organizational development, human resource management, team development and organizational systems design. As a social scientist and a management expert, her teaching-learning style is interactive and applied, combining theory with field organizational action research.
