Information Assurance and Security conferences and workshops are delivered by both internal and external faculty, and resources from local and national industry and government. One or two activities yearly highlight the IA program extra-curricular activities and help students maintain a close relationship with local and national IA resources in all sectors. The following events demonstrate that there is a current active participation of PUPR students in IA related academic endeavors. Faculty and student participation in InfraGard activities and conferences that are good extracurricular IA activities that help maintain our faculty and students on the cutting edge of technology and IA awareness through this known organization that serves national Security.
One faculty is active in InfraGard Local Chapter Board of Directors as Vice-president.
