Candidate students (i.e., freshman, transfer, special and foreign) may apply for admission to any of the four academic sessions of every academic year. Applications for full time and part time studies are processed throughout the year. Although applications may be made at any time, candidates for admission to the freshman class should submit their applications during the final year of high school.

Upon proper completion of all admission requirements as stated in the previous section of the Catalog, the applicant will then be admitted, and eligible to register. When registration is complete, and all fees are paid, the student will be officially enrolled at the University. The dates for registration are included in the Academic Calendar. Counselors are available to the registrants for program planning and scheduling of classes during the registration period.
