Business Administration: Program Overview

The School of Management seeks to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to those students who aim to receive a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Specifically, the School of Management is guided by the following principles: The program contributes to the intellectual and professional formation of students through the development of critical and analytical skills. It fosters the necessary motivation that will enable students to know and relate to the reality of the entrepreneurial world. The Department develops in students an awareness of the social responsibility of management within the economic system of free enterprise. The program encourages exploration and study in the field of Business Administration. It exposes students to the areas of Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, Service Management and others, and their application in a corporate, service or manufacturing environment.

Program Mission

 

The Mission of the School of Management is to offer opportunities to individuals from diverse backgrounds so that they can realize their potential for leadership and competitiveness as well as a sense of social responsibility toward their communities, through exposure to intellectual, humanistic and technological advancement, in the accounting, construction management, industrial management, information systems management, marketing, management and finance fields.
