Two levels of certifications are offered: Basic and Advanced Levels

Basic Level Certifications: At the basic level there are 6 areas of specializations for Certification as a Validation Specialist. The areas of Specialization are the following:

1. Computer Systems Qualification/Validation
   
   
2. Pharm Tech : Solids (Process and Packaging)
   
   
3. Pharm Tech : Parenterals (Process and Packaging)
   
   
4. Validation of Analytical Methods
   
   
5. Biotechnology

6. Medical Devices

Advanced Level Certifications: For those professional who have already mastered all areas of specialization PUPR offers the Advanced Level of Certification. Professionals who have reached this level are identified as Professional Validation Specialist.
