The architectural school offers a summer workshop for high school students from Grades 10, 11 and 12 at ArqPoli in Hato Rey. As part of the workshop, students will carry out individual and group projects which explore the various aspects of design. Members of the faculty, and professionals with multidisciplinary backgrounds, will bring to bear their knowledge and experience to students through exercises designed to be representative of the challenges of architecture. Students will participate in talks given by professionals from numerous disciplines associated with architecture, such as product design, interior architecture, graphic design, photography and other related fields. Students will also participate in field trips designed to cover not only the full range of the technical aspects of architecture but also its cultural relevance.
