Abstract submission

Abstract submission:

Please upload your two-page abstract into our server before November 30, 2008.  Abstracts should be submitted electronically, preferably in Word format (.doc).  The filename should be
11ACWE-firstauthorslastname.doc.  If a person submits more than one abstract on which he or she is first author, a numeral should be added to the end of the filename (e.g., if for example author Rolando Vega submits two first author abstracts, the filenames would be 11ACWE-Vega1.doc and
11ACWE-Vega2.doc). Use the abstract template provided below and fill the contact information sheet included therein.

The preferred submission method is with the File Upload links provided below.  For each abstract or paper submitted, use the Browse button below to upload to the server.  A confirmation page should appear immediately after a successful submission.  If the confirmation page does not appear please try again. If an abstract or paper was submitted and the author make changes BEFORE the submission deadline, he or she may submit again as it will overwrite the existing document. A log database is kept in our server with date and time of submission for auditing purposes.
