En un ambiente lleno de entusiasmo, alegría y memorables experiencias, fueron graduados los integrantes de la clase graduanda 2009, de la Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico (UPPR). Durante la trigésima colación de grados, llevada a cabo en el Centro de Convenciones de Puerto Rico, se graduó la primera clase de Arquitectos Paisajistas de la Isla y el Caribe.

A sense of mixed unrest, enthusiasm and bubbliness lurches in the atmosphere today, as four students prepare to graduate as Landscape Architects.  History in the making, these four individuals, soon to be alumni, are the pioneers to be educated locally in the first and only LA School in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.  Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico will mark this unique event at its thirtieth commencement ceremony.

Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico (PUPR) was recently designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education (CAE/IAE) for the years 2009-14 by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
